Lunch with a Lawyer: A Caregiver Seminar

Join us for lunch to hear what David Lillesand, a well-known local Disability Attorney, has to say about the current Medicaid/SSI/SSDI environment.  A founding partner of Lillesand, Wolasky, Waks & Hitchcock, P.L, Mr. Lillesand has his finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the ever-changing Federal and State Special Needs legal world.  He represents many clients across Florida dealing with Social Security disability issues, Medicaid, Asset Protection (ABLE accounts & Trusts) and is a frequent lecturer on SSI, Medicaid, and Special Needs Trusts at a number of law schools.  Following Mr. Lillesand’s presentation there will be an open Q&A session.

The luncheon will be created by our own Camp Banyan participants!  They will plan, shop, prepare and serve a light buffet created just for this occasion!!
